Are you fed up with feeling like food is running your life?

Let's talk about the way that we eat

About Us

In today's world, it's all too common to find ourselves trapped in cycles of chronic dieting, overwhelmed by food fears, and distanced from the simple pleasure of a nourishing meal. At Nurtured Nutrition, we understand the profound impact this can have on your well-being. Our mission? To help you rebuild that vital mind-body connection, guiding you gently past your food anxieties and towards a life where every meal is a celebration, not a challenge. Whether you're grappling with a diagnosed eating disorder, facing body image struggles, battling binge eating, navigating the complexities of chronic dieting, or dealing with digestive concerns, our dedicated team is here for you. Together, we'll chart a path to balance, rediscovering the joy in every bite and ensuring that you make peace with food, once and for all. We have found home in the south shore of Massachusetts, but we serve Connecticut (CT), Rhode Island (RI), and Minnesota (MN) via telehealth or online visits. We are in the process of expanding our reach to other states and providing individualized Nutrition Support to those in need.

Disordered Eating

We provide expert treatment and support for all types of eating disorders to help you heal your relationship with food. We are mindfulness-based practitioners who adopt an approach that isn't pass or fail- we help you progress at YOUR comfortable pace.

Stomach pain and food intolerances are often mis-diagnosed and/or under treated. We help to identify potential causes for your discomfort and provide a treatment plan to improve or restore normal GI function

Chronic Dieting

Many people struggle with the pain and frustration of cyclical dieting and the resulting weight fluctuations. Make peace with food while restoring physical and mental health by learning how to eat intuitively and love your body and what it does for you.
